To the Hebrews (et al)

…let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin…

and let us run with endurance the race… fixing our eyes on Jesus…

consider Him who has endured such hostility… so that you will not grow weary…

do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord…

He disciplines us for our good… to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.

strengthen the hands that are weak…

Pursue peace with all men,

and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.

See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God;

that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble…

you have come to… God… and to Jesus, the mediator…

See to it that you do not refuse Him who is speaking…

“Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heaven.”

let us show gratitude… reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire.

Let love of the brethren continue.

Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers…

Remember the prisoners…

and those who are ill-treated…

Marriage is to be held in honor among all…

fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

Make sure that your character is free from the love of money… For He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you…

I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?”

Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you… imitate their faith.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Do not be carried away by varied and strange teachings…

…So, let us go out to Him outside the camp, bearing His reproach.

we are seeking the city which is to come…

Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God…

And do not neglect doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

Obey your leaders and submit to them…

Pray for us…

Now the God of peace… equip you…to do His will… through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
