People are Stupid

 

“I wish everybody were as smart as I am.”

—–[Then they would know how stupid that statement is.]

“I wish the church weren’t so full of hypocrites.”

—–[Wake up, Dude: every human being that ever lived is a hypocrite.]

———-Ps. 94:8  Pay heed, you senseless among the people; And when will you understand, stupid ones?

“I get so tired of ignorant people.”

—–[Oh, so you are the unfathomable cistern of all knowledge?”]

———-Ps. 92:6-7  A senseless man has no knowledge, Nor does a stupid man understand this: That when… all who did iniquity flourished, It was only that they might be destroyed forevermore.

“This country is a pool of fools.  When will they get a clue?”

—–[Do you really know so much that you can categorize 300 million people?]

———-Prov. 12:1 whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, But he who hates reproof is stupid.

      Welcome to the club, hehe. I knew God used the word “stupid” in Proverbs, so I looked. These are NASV. There were other references as well–mostly referring to idolaters.
